Now, why should I exercise. Most people exercise to loose weight. However, the most recent research has show that after several weeks of exercising they saw changes in several organs. This includes heart, brain, lungs and fatty liver. The study tracked molecular effects of exercise. In turn, this effects the body in several positive ways, it regulates immune system, responses to stress, inflammation and tissue injury, to name a few.
