Chiropractors are educated in natural medicine. They have been providing Nutritional information to patients for years. Nutrition is defined as the act of providing nutrients to the body. Unfortunately, over the last 100 years medicine has removed this idea that the body needs nutrition and it needs "artificial lab produced chemicals (aka: medicine, drugs)", to be healthy. What is very interesting, is when a patient is in dis-ease, no information is obtained about their nutrition and no recommendations are given. 

Most of us have experienced a hang over! We feel like "crap" the next day after drinking to much. This is a state of dis-ease. This is exactly what the body does when you eat junk food. The symptoms may not be as severe as a hang over, but they are there; for example, bloating, lack of sleep, swelling of hands, skin eruptions, lack of concentration, memory loss, sluggishness, irritability, and these are just a few. 

I feel we become so confused on what is good and what is bad. It's hard to stay focused on staying well. We are constantly inundated with advertisements of junk food, quick fix medication, negative news and confusing diets. 

These few tips are just the beginning steps to start today:

1) Stop Soda, ( yes diet also)
2) Drink more water
3) Eat one green salad a day
