DO WE TAKE INSURANCE?Yes, we do take some insurance. However, everyone’s plan is different and we will call your insurance provider to verify what your plan covers.
WHAT INSURANCE PLANS DO YOU TAKE?
Medicare, Universal Medicare, Medicaid, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Web TPA and all PPO carriers. Please call us for more information.
DO YOU TAKE WORKERS COMPENSATION INSURANCE?
Florida is a HMO work compensation state. Your primary care physician has to refer you to the office for chiropractic treatment only after you have tried Physical therapy. You may ask your primary care physician for a referral to our office for chiropractic treatment. The workers compensation insurance our office takes is FCCI.
IF MY INSURANCE DOESN'T COVER YOUR SERVICES, CAN I STILL GET TREATMENT?
Yes, insurance companies do not covering many services. However, we have reasonable fees, which will allow you to still get care.
IF I'M IN A CAR ACCIDENT, CAN YOU HELP?
Yes, we will take your auto policy insurance and walk you through the confusing maze and get you better in the process.
